Each program is custom-designed to suit participating schools' educational objectives and preferences, ensuring enriching experiences that resonate with students and educators alike.
- Food: iEXP360 prioritizes participants' dietary needs and preferences, offering nutritious meals prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Special dietary requirements and restrictions are accommodated with utmost attention to ensure the well-being and satisfaction of all participants.
- Accommodation: Participants are provided with comfortable lodging options tailored to the nature of the program, including tents for immersive outdoor experiences, hotels for urban exploration, and campsites for rustic adventures, ensuring a safe and enriching stay throughout the program.
iEXP360 adheres to rigorous International Risk Management Standards and employs comprehensive Safety Operating Procedures (SOPs) to mitigate potential risks and ensure a safety-conscious experience for all participants. Top-notch facilitators, equipped with Wilderness First Responder (WFR) or Wilderness First Aid (WFA) certifications, oversee program activities and conduct frequent checks to maintain safety standards and address any emerging concerns proactively.
Before the program, participants must submit detailed medical forms outlining any allergies, medical conditions, or specific health concerns. Field leaders are provided with this vital information. They are trained to manage medical emergencies effectively, with access to medical expertise and resources as needed throughout the duration of the program.
